Beau Decor are thrilled to be able to give our customers a sneak preview of a brand new French furniture range, Rustic Country, which will be introduced to our online store in March.

Shabby chic furniture and distressed furniture most often comes in creams and whites, we found our cream ferme farmhouse range to be our most popular in 2011 with the magazines and make over shows falling in love with it! The raw wooden tops mixed with the cream gives a beautiful relaxed warm feel to the collection. So we decided to keep with the rustic French theme and introduce a new range with a little difference.

Our new Rustic Country range offers a great alternative to the traditional romantic shabby chic look and feminine French furniture shapes, coupling gentle waved surfaces with a subtle yet ornate finish. We think you’ll love the soft grey and brown tones in the wood and aged brass style handles too.

The pale wash on our Rustic Country range gives you that same carefree and cosy look as shabby chic furniture in a more neutral palette. Dark wood accents complete each item and allow you to easily co-ordinate the range with accessories and soft furnishings. Rustic Country furniture looks wonderful with muted brown accessories, grey velvet cushioned seats and rich, natural wood floors, and because each piece sports gently curved lines without heavy carving, it will add interest without dominating your space.

To complete the look, choose a black or antique silver decorative mirror, or choose white pieces to offset darker walls. Rustic Country furniture works well with stylish stag table lamp, a set of black photo frames or even one of our shabby chic mantelpiece clocks. Alternatively, soften your look with some gorgeous rose garlands.

The Rustic Country range will be one of our largest ranges to date with items available for every room, including coffee tables, sideboards, dressers and bedroom furniture, the Rustic Country range will be arriving into our warehouses in January so don’t miss out!
